Legs felt dead.  Good turnover but felt like I was taking baby-steps the whole way out.  A bit better on the downhill return.  Overcast and cool again (58F).  The next couple of weeks are VA is going to be brutal when the heat and humidity hit me...

Your training is incredable. I can't even walk normal yet. I like the idea of recording the miles on your running shoes I am going to have to start doing that.
