Warm (69F) and sunny again today. Felt better rested today but the legs were tired.  I've been doing different core routines most days since my break and I think that's contributing to the leg tiredness.  A rest day is scheduled for Sunday.

I find it completely amusing that you call 69 degrees warm. Man...I wish I could run in that type of weather.

And here I was thinking I was being cooked alive! Of course, that's 69F in the shade...I'm sure if I stuck my outdoor thermometer in the sun on the asphalt where I was running it would've been about 8 gazillion degrees...

I'm sure I'll be suffering in the VA heat all next week.

If you have any time, and can get up this way, let me know. I may even be able to track Greg down.

Unfortunately not this trip. It's only a quick late Sunday to midday Friday deal. In Aug it looks like another 2 weeks though so maybe that intervening weekend.
