2 miles in 15:50, 7:55/mi, HR 171.  Overcast and cool (63F).  Some lingering leg soreness from yesterday's run and workout.  Better at keeping today's run easy.  Some more balance and PT related exercises and stretching afterwards.  Some left shin pain.
