LM warmup, 8.1 miles in 1:01:56, 7:39/mi, HR 156 w/ 12 x 12 sec Hill Sprints & stretching. A bit warmer out today....rains to arrive soon and wash the snow away. Legs still feeling tired and running was an effort....felt uncoordinated and clumsy, especially in the left leg. Got a bit better towards the end of the run and the hill sprints felt okay. |
